So then, neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth. (1 Corinthians 3:7)

My dear friends and fellow prayer partners,

During our church meetings, we hear heartfelt testimonies and encouraging experiences from Syrian families and displaced people about the Lord’s work in the lives of many. This gives us strength and encouragement to continue our ministry and faith. Seeing the fruits that come from the seeds we sow fills our hearts with hope and confirms that the Lord works in wonderful ways and in perfect timing.

We remember our first encounter when we met some African women on the street and invited them to join our Bible study. Today, we see a great blessing in the large group we regularly meet with for worship, fellowship, and studying God’s Word. We also visit them in their homes to pray with them, encourage them, and offer support as needed. Given the difficult circumstances in Lebanon, many of these women face significant challenges. Some are raising their children alone, without husbands or breadwinners. 

In our junior and youth groups, we use the 12-part book “Discover and Experience,” which helps children understand God’s work from the beginning until the Lord’s second coming. We see a clear blessing in their lives through their enthusiasm and constant encouragement at every meeting. To encourage them to persevere and remain committed, we would like to organize a visit to the zoo in the future so they can also experience God’s love and care for them.

• Please pray for the continuation of the Lord’s work and the fruitfulness of the ministry.

• Please pray for African women and their families amidst the challenges they face.

• Please pray that the children and teenagers will remain steadfast in God’s Word.

• We still need $5,000 to purchase a vehicle to help us with church services and transportation.
