One of our boys’ basketball coaches, Starling, recently had a devotional conversation with his players. One student took those conversations to heart and reached out to his father, beginning a renewed relationship between father and son.

The student also shared that he was stepping away from friendships that encouraged his sin. He told Starling that he wants to be baptized and live differently by following the Lord.

These moments remind us that GO Sports is about far more than the game on the field. We’re watching God use coaches, teams, and relationships to disciple students and transform lives.
