Your Partnership Grows the Team & Multiplies the Mission

Meet Coleman:

The Newest Member of the BeMultiplied Team

For Coleman Monahan, BeMultiplied’s new Office Manager, that connection has become increasingly personal.

Before joining BeMultiplied, Coleman lived in Reno, Nevada, with his wife and three children. He spent 11 years serving in the Army National Guard, with eight of those years spent in the Chaplain Corps. As a chaplain assistant, he had the privilege of preparing chapel services, leading devotionals and Bible studies, and offering counseling support in what he describes as a “ministry of presence.”

When his family decided to move to Colorado, he began looking for an opportunity to transition from full-time military service to nonprofit ministry.

That search led him to BeMultiplied, and what he discovered captured his attention: an organization with a mission to disciple servant leaders and to train and equip pastors and church leaders worldwide. Coleman’s personal passion for apologetics and discipleship led him to apply for, and later accept, the position of Office Manager.

After joining the team, however, he discovered a difference between understanding BeMultiplied’s mission on paper and experiencing it firsthand.

That opportunity came when he participated in BeMultiplied’s facilitator training, EMSL, where he studied Multiplying Servant Leaders and Galatians. Through preparation, small-group interaction, practice facilitation, and personalized coaching, he experienced the same training model that his everyday work helps support.

“It’s not just a sit-and-soak class,” he explained. Instead, participants engage deeply with the material, learn to facilitate rather than simply teach, and prepare to reproduce the process with others. Experiencing that model firsthand gave him a deeper understanding of BeMultiplied’s approach and a clearer connection between the administrative details he manages each day and the ministry taking place around the world.

“It equips you to go and train other pastors and church leaders,” he said, “and that’s well needed in our world.”

It was Coleman’s heart for discipleship that brought him to BeMultiplied; but now, having experienced the training firsthand, he has an even clearer picture of how his role contributes to something much bigger. The details he manages each day are not merely administrative tasks. They are connected to pastors being equipped, leaders being developed, and biblical training being multiplied from one generation to the next.

Partners like you are helping write these stories and making multiplication possible from the BeMultiplied office to the Church around the world.
