Mountains Climbed, Disciples Multiplied

High in the steep mountains of Northern Asia, where the terrain allows only foot travel, pastors and church leaders gather for BEE World training. Many have traveled for six to seven hours to attend, arriving with smiles on their faces, hospitality in their hearts, and traditional Hamat Chali* hats in their hands. Warm greetings are exchanged, a time of prayer sets the tone, and the seminar begins.

In a region where fewer than 1% of the population is Christian, the need for biblical training is urgent. Church buildings cannot be built, yet the Church continues to grow. Partnering alongside local leaders and other ministries, BEE World offers a distinctive model of training that strengthens scattered house churches and equips them to thrive. The focus is not only on biblical knowledge but also on equipping leaders to train others—multiplication at the core.

Unlike typical lecture-style teaching, BEE World training is an interactive and relational experience. Students prepare ahead of time, engage in group discussions, and discover together how to apply God’s Word. This approach complements the good work already happening in the region by other ministries and churches. Together, these efforts form a tapestry of biblical education that is transforming lives in some of the most difficult-to-reach places.

One student reflected, “With BEE World, we were able to be part of the learning.” Another added, “Leaders were personable and drew the information from us.” These testimonies demonstrate how collaborative training methods empower participants to develop confidence and leadership skills.

Today, local leaders are passing along the knowledge and training they have gained. Remote prayer groups are flourishing, Bible study skills are maturing, and leaders like Anjali—a spiritual grandmother guiding third-generation students—are ensuring that the work continues to multiply.

Recently, a local couple even began prayerfully considering joining BEE World’s ministry. It is local partnerships like these that strengthen the multiplication process, opening doors for further discipleship in their language and cultural context.
