Vision Beyond Borders recently sent 8,000 Lao Bibles by truck from Bangkok, Thailand into Laos whereby finishing delivering the 30,000 Lao Bibles that were printed for Laos. These Bibles have been distributed all over the country. Our contacts report that the number of Christians in Laos is increasing greatly.
We have 37,000 more Spanish Bibles headed for Cuba; this will mean over 300,000 Spanish Bibles have been delivered over the past three years. We thank God that doors are opening and we are hoping to send many Bibles as people are turning to Jesus, the churches are growing as people realize Communism is empty and their witchcraft doesn’t work.
We are working to send 80,000 Spanish Bibles to El Salvador to use in the prisons as many men have been put in prison for gang violence and crimes. We are praying that many men will repent of their sins and put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Our prayer is that revival will break out in the prisons and that Jesus will be glorified through changed lives. We are very excited about this opportunity!
We recently printed 150,000 Farsi Bibles for Iran and they are in Yerevan, Armenia. We are working to find ways to get these inside Iran to help the growing Church as people are disillusioned with Islam. I’m praying and working to print 250,000 more Bibles for Iran as I’m convinced Iran will open and we will have a window of opportunity to get the Gospel in.
