With your support, we launched Open Eyes in Sri Lanka earlier this year. Since then, our dedicated partners on the ground have been actively engaged in planting churches and baptizing new believers. Your contribution has played a crucial role in making these impactful initiatives possible and we thank you for partnering with us.
Looking forward, we’re eagerly anticipating what 2024 will bring for Sri Lanka. We will be hosting a pastors’ conference, aiming to train 300 pastors in effective evangelism, financial accountability, and pastoral ethics. The conference will provide not only valuable instruction but also a rich atmosphere of fellowship and worship. The seeds sown during this event will yield abundant fruit in the villages and towns where our partners are actively serving.
Alongside the pastor’s conference, we are thrilled to announce the commissioning of 20 new Mobile Messengers, each receiving a new motorbike. This life-changing gift, made possible by your grant, makes it possible for pastors to share the Gospel with unreached communities.
