Hailey was a high school junior when she took the last seat on a bus to go to CIY MOVE. Looking back, she says, “That moment changed my life forever.” At CIY, she made a decision to follow Jesus and to serve him with her life. Now, Hailey is a youth minister and mother in Oklahoma City, mentoring, baptizing, and discipling the next generation.

This is the impact of CIY—a moment of decision for a young person that can impact generations to come. This is the other side of the story.
There’s a change in the attitudes of young people towards Jesus. Barna reports that for the first time in over a decade, more people are coming to church and confessing faith in Jesus. Here at CIY, we see this happening firsthand and are experiencing unprecedented growth. But this growth has led to a very urgent need.
We are out of space. If we don’t find a way to expand, 8,000 students will be left without a seat next summer.
This is a huge missional moment for not only us, but for the Church. As young people turn towards Jesus, will we be ready for them? This is more than just providing a seat. This is about what happens next—the mentoring, discipleship, and calling—that flow from these life-changing moments.
Until every Hailey has a seat…
