The recent Southeastern University Training Camp was transformative, equipping Geoleaders with essential tools and knowledge for the mission field. Through focused sessions, they gained insights into topics like the core values of SEU Missions, financial stewardship, emergency preparedness, and effective leadership. Realistic simulations, such as organizing a full church service within 10 minutes and adapting to unexpected scenarios like “dinner for breakfast” after landing in a different time zone, prepared them for potential challenges in the field.
The camp also fostered a powerful environment for worship and reflection, allowing GeoLeaders to connect with God’s vision for their journeys and build lasting bonds with their co-leads. Training camp is crucial to the success of each of our trips, and only the beginning to the story God will write across the world through SEU Missions in 2025.
