I wanted to reach out and tell you how incredibly thankful we are for you and the Bolick Foundation, and wanted to update you on the amazing work God is doing because of your support. It is truly miraculous!
This past October, Petros Network experienced the joy, through your generosity, of launching ten new church planters among the unreached Omo River Valley tribes in Southwest Ethiopia through our Southern Nations Church Planting Initiative. Our new church planters are finding that when the light of the gospel shines in these spiritually dark villages, scores of people are surrendering their lives to Christ.
Although the task of these indigenous church planters is challenging, they are at the forefront of bringing the transformational message of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ to these unreached tribes—Banna, Hamer, etc—God’s love is now being revealed in places where thousands of people had previously never encountered the offer of His free gift.
We are the first Christian organization to be going to these tribes, and we just received word from our Ethiopian denominational partner that the reception has been miraculous. The churches are multiplying rapidly, and the support from the Bolick Foundation is enabling further growth! We are so excited to see what God will continue to do in this area!
We just want to thank you for the support the Bolick Foundation has provided to Petros Network to do this work among these unreached tribes. These unreached are now being reached because of YOU! We couldn’t be more grateful or excited! God is on the move, and you have helped to make that happen!
We hope and pray that our relationship continues long into the future and that together, we can continue to reach these tribes as part of our Southern Nations Church Planting Initiative. We are fully committed to planting reproducing, disciple-making, quickly sustainable churches that God will use to turn this unreached region into a powerful symbol of His transforming grace.
