Making Broken Beautiful
One of my favorite worship songs is Testimony, by Terrian. There’s a line in the song that says He can make broken beautiful. Since joining The Bolick Foundation, I’ve seen that truth come alive more deeply than I ever expected.
Our world is broken – filled with conflict, suffering, and sin, but through each of your ministries, God is bringing hope and restoration. Around the world, you are bringing hope to the hopeless, serving people in need with clean water, providing food, giving medical care, and sharing the love of Jesus. You care for the sick, love the forgotten, and share the Gospel in the hardest places, conflict zones, prison walls, and communities where people would otherwise never know His transforming love.
It isn’t easy. It’s risky, hard, and sometimes messy, but it is breathtakingly beautiful. Through each one of your ministries, you embody the hands and feet of Jesus at work, restoring hope, dignity, and life where there was once brokenness.
Watching your work transform lives has changed me in ways I never imagined. Each of you are a living, breathing, walking testimony of God’s love and power. YOU are the living proof of what the Lord has done and continues to do. You remind me that nothing is too broken for God to redeem, and that through faithfulness, courage, and compassion, He can make beauty rise from even the hardest places.
I want to say THANK YOU to our partners! Thank you for taking God’s love to the broken places across the globe and for reminding me that God is still making broken beautiful!
With gratitude,
Blair White
