When Mercy received an audio Bible, God’s Word began to transform her heart in a beautiful way. Fittingly, she says that through listening to Scripture she learned to forgive quickly and show mercy to others—living out the very meaning of her name.
She explained that in the past she would hold on to offenses for a long time, sometimes even for a year. But through God’s Word she discovered that He calls us to forgive right away, just as He forgives us, and to show mercy so that we too may receive mercy.
