He watched segments of “JESUS.” Deeply touched, he wanted to know more and actually drove five hours to meet with the workers who had posted the ads. (This same group of workers/believers includes a former Taliban fighter.)
As Sasha met with the believers and again heard the Word of God in his heart language, he understood and also believed. Sasha experienced such a transformation that he wanted to go back to his whole family—his well-known “fighting” clan and tell them the good news.

Sasha was eager for his family to learn the truth of the gospel. But when they heard that he had turned to Jesus Christ, they treated him as a traitor and severely beat him. Yet Sasha would not renounce his faith.
Sasha is among the billions of people who are considered unreached. Most of them live in closed nations, where Christians cannot openly share the good news. If we are to reach all of them, it will have to be done digitally. After all, where do kids and adults the world over spend huge portions of their time? On their phones and tablets—searching for answers on the internet.
Video streaming and the broadcasting of “JESUS” are among the most effective ways to digitally introduce large numbers of people to Christ. Many in these cultures are searching for answers. In fact, every month, millions of viewers are watching “JESUS” or other Jesus Film® content online, on TV or by listening to the radio. And they’re doing it privately, unseen by others.
